Bienvenue sur le site de l'émission "Contort Yourself"!

L'Emission :
(d'après le titre d'un morceau d'anthologie de James White and The Blacks, paru en 1979 sur le mythique label ZE RECORDS.)

Le principe ? Faire découvrir un maximum de musique en privilégiant le mélange des genres : Electro, House, New Wave, Funk, Krautrock, Disco, No Wave, Electro-funk, Italo Disco, Hip-hop, Soundtracks, Techno, Rock, Dub, Punk...

Le concept ? Faire le grand écart, se contortionner ("contort yourself") pour réunir dans un même espace sonore des morceaux de différents styles que la fragmentation de la musique (notamment électronique) en une multitude de sous-genres a fini par ne plus jamais se faire se rencontrer dans un set de DJ.

L'émission est diffusée en direct tous les Jeudi de 20h30 à 21h30 sur CAMPUS GRENOBLE 90.8 FM.
